Save steps by creating your own QuickWords within WordPerfect:
• Highlight your signature block, or
• Highlight a section of text
• Click Tools / QuickWords . . .
• Give it a name using ‘\’
• Click ‘Add’
Insert your QuickWords at the cursor by clicking tools / QuickWords . . . and ‘Insert in Text’.
