Correcting Perspective Distortion

When you photograph tall or wide objects, they can often turn out to look crooked or skewed. This is perspective distortion, and it happens because you are shooting from an angle. For example, if you are taking a photo of a tall building you are most likely shooting upwards instead of facing the building squarely. This perspective distortion can easily be fixed in PaintShop Pro in a matter of seconds. This tutorial will show you how to use the Perspective Correction tool to automatically straighten out your photos. You can also use the Pick tool in Perspective mode to make these adjustments manually.
